Sacred Cosmogram: To nourish is to remember the stars.

The project is a three-act metabolic journey through taste, memory, and movement, where each phase becomes a small ritual connecting body, myth, and sky. Inspired by Aby Warburg’s Mnemosyne Atlas, the menu weaves together finger foods, sustenance, and hospitality—forming constellations of flavour shaped by migration, exile, storytelling, and the rhythms of the day.
